Q.

Hi Dr. I have a 5.5year old daughter, who is quite active . But I have felt she hasn’t got the glow on the face like other kids of her age should have .. and also she complains tir dness which I always thought may be due to her always busy with games.. She is good with her meals mostly non veg and fruits. Not sure what can I add to her meals . Please advice. Thank you

A. Hello mom give her natural home cooked foods and enough liquids as well .. seasonal fruits and vegetables, millets , dals and legumes , milk and products etc can be given .. avoid refined and processed foods
