You Should have at least 4 to 5 L of liquid in a day you can have a good amount of proteins and fibre is really helps quite a lot in general also overall so you can go ahead with that also going to advise you to start having lactation supplements As they’ll help you in increasing the lactation, else you’ll have to start with formula feed by the end if nothing else
