#asktheexpert hi dr. my self alfia nourin I have 3 nd half month old girl baby. I want to ask you about breast milk supply am eating enough protein fat fiber and less carbohydrates as my prediction suggested to me eat in this way and 2 times galact per day .past few days my milk supply was very low I don't know what to do can you please help me with this

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day which is going to be good along with that also I am going to recommend you that you should go ahead with having good fluids and protein in the diet
