Hi Dr I am Indu Menon mother of two kids one 5and another 1.2yrs old I used to have thick hair as I have to manage the house I have no time to take good care of my hair so I face heavy hair fall issues they are dry and they fall a lot .Please do help me on this

Hi Regularly oil your hair with vitamin E and almond oil apart from that would advise you to make an onion or looking at the recipe on YouTube onion juice is also very good to applying to your hair dry all these things and you use shampoos which you are using for your kids that is the best want to go for
