A. management of everything is not possible if you think that you will keep everything in your hand and you will be a super mom there is no one who would be a super mom because every please you also need rest either you could be a super mom for now and later become an irritated women or you just think about everything meditate take time for yourself be a little selfish a long with handling the situation according to your choice
