Hi Doctors, My daughter is 3 years complete now and has immunity issues .... She catches cold very quickly and coughs due to cough... What could be done? Are there any immunity boosters Ayurvedic ones with no side effects that we can give her to boost her immunity ? Pls Advice ! Thanks and Regards !

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inshalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. You can also rub Vicks Vaporub on baby clothes near chest area.
Please give Tulsi water for at least two months to the baby to develop immunity. You can also give 1 teaspoon of honey daily to the baby for increasing immunity.
