Hi doctor. when will I get a mensus period after delivery? My first baby had delivery on May 2022

For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

Hi mommy You may have lactation amenorrhea for 6 months to one year it’s all normal and common No need to worry A gentle walk each day can help your body and your mind feel better. You could start with 5 minutes walking around your home. You might like to ask a physiotherapist at the hospital to give you some other good exercise ideas as you start to recover
