Q.

I have got my first period after delivery on 10 Jan 2022. Till today my period has not come. What is the reason and when it will be regular ?

A. its all lactation. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
