Hi doctor, My son is 14 months old.. bt Very lean.. could you please suggest any food chart.. he have started walking.. bt only eat when i feed hum with spoon. only spoon preference is there.. Dnt wnt to eat chatpati chilla with his own hands.. please help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you may make pieces or roti , chilla or even try to make small rolls out of it. you can also use a baby soft fork if required as well too.
