hi doctor my son is 1 yr old he was suffering from severe cough and cold. due to this he was not able to eat anything. sometimes fever is affecting. I don't know what to do? please give me a suggestion to get rid of this cough and cold. please reply as soon as possible.

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergicr medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. there is a possibildity of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization. d
