Hi Doctor, My son is 1.5 months old and has a mild cold and cough. The doctor has prescribed Zyrtec syrup for his cold and Soventus syrup for his cough, both at a dosage of 2.5 ml. Zyrtec is to be given only at night, while Soventus should be administered three times a day. He is currently also taking multivitamins and digestion supplements (Unienzyme Plus). I would like to know if it is safe to continue giving him the multivitamins and digestion supplements along with the cold medications. Please reply.
