hi doctor my son 3yr 6month old now he started going to school from past 4month now onwards he getting cold every week means sunday he getting cold within 3days he getting ok but now he getting coughing randomly again within 5to 6days he ok then again within 3days he getting cold can u pls tell me the reason for that how to clear this sickness of my baby

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and preventx such temperature variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization. when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medizcine
