hi doctor , my daughter is 4.4 yrs old , she love to eat chocos , pls suggest whether it is healthy if she eat chocos thrice a week

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can give your baby choco on daily basis and also please do not give three times a day and please give your baby once a day. and also give baby other home made semi solid food and fresh fruits and vegetables along with cow milk. take care
