Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
meet dr for examination
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. I think maybe your feeding has gone down because for the initial time the child was gaining decent enough by now your child should have been 1500 g plus so right now the child is little underweight maybe your breastfeeding isn’t enough now I would recommend you to start giving formula feeding to the child as that is going to be healthy and totally good for the growth of your child
