hi doctor my Baby is suffering from fever since 3 days when the medicine is given temperature is getting down and he is playing well once the effect is done he is again getting fever why is IT happening can anyone. explain and how to treat

A. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he is having a fever and it’s coming down after paracetamol so give him plenty of glucose water and fruits juice and paracetamol sos
