My baby is suffering from fever from last 5 days we have consultant doctor when we give him medicine his temperature gets down but after 3-4 hr again temperature gets up. how to cure my child his age is 21 months

You are saying the fever has been there for five days so dear Dr ask you to get a blood test because this could be anything apart from regular Vaaya fever it could be viral it could be typhoid it could be anything so please go ahead with a blood test to have further clarity on this
