my baby's temperature is 101.4 from yesterday. we visit doctor. he give babygesic. we are giving the medicine properly but the temperature is not getting down. what to do

it can be repeated maximum 4 times per day.
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
weather higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p is required or not will be told by the doctord.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
important to avoid them if possible.
do body spongec to decrease the body temperature and give plenty of fluids and water to drink to prevent dehydration.
