hi Doctor my baby is having cold she is 7.5months old and weight is 7.4kg.plz suggest dosage for T-minic.

Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

One ML can be given to the child three times in the day along with that if it is much you can also go ahead with giving is Indira indirect steam to the child that is also going to be fruitful and if required please consult your doctor as well I can only help the basic dosage is there anything else that you need to do the Dr Bol advisor according to that
