Hi Doctor, my baby is 6 months old, he is eating only cerelac but not any other semi solids. Is that ok to give cerelac 2 Times per day, does cerelac has any side effects?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. hi dear Mum u. the beginning when you introduce top food give one food for 3-4 days for you to know how baby tolerates it
but prefer to give home foods and avoid commercial baby food as it is high in sugar and does not create habit of having home food
