hi doctor my baby got infected by foot and mouth disease,should I continue fever Syrup with 6hrs gap if her temperature is normal

A. this is viral infection can be treated as per the need if there is fever for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
