hello doctor,if my kids fever cure in single dose of paracetamol syrup should I give or continue doses in 6hrs gap for 3days

A. ok madam plz suggest immunity syrup

A. no if there is no fever then no need to give medicine, if you fever comes again then only give medicine, give immunity syrup and food
