hi doctor.my 5 y old son having chicken pox recently, now he is fine but in the face their is a big pundu and it's getting swell ,liqiid form like that can you please suggest any Cream.

What you have mentioned it is not associated with chickenpox it could be associated with some other things also you haven’t shared a picture of ointment like this cannot be suggested which I’m going to recommend you to consult your doctor for further assistance please
