Hi Doctor My 2 year old daughter had fever and runny nose . I gave solvin cold syrup 1 time...now the runny nose has stopped but slight cold is there and the fever is again there after 9.5 hours of giving solvin cold medicine. Now I gave paracetamol 125 mg 5 ml to her. Please suggest is this medicine is correct.

A. yes you can give your child syp paracetomol for fever, keep a track on body tpraturure timely a d give pcm if body temprature record more then 100 f. ok
