Hi doctor Is it fine if breastfeeding mother having 750ml of ajwain water full in a day . Will it be okay with baby

Completely depend on the amount of carrom seeds that you are already because it is not going to affect your child it is going to affect you if you have them in a major quantity if you’re having minimum quantity in 750 ML of water then there is no problem
