hi doctor. im deepika 34yr old... i got arthritis after c section. my baby is 1.7yr old now. im feeding... my whole body pains a lot.. pls give some suggetions.

A. have you properly diagnosed that it is Arthritis only. as body pain after delivery is very common if you do not maintain proper nutrition so get it check done and start multivitamin along with calcium supplements and also oil massage is very beneficial
