hi doctor... iam mother of my 55 days old son. can I eat egg while breastfeeding?.... because all are told me to not eat. because baby is suffer stomach pain and he is crying at night and also in lAte evening... pls suggest me

A. Dear mum, you can surely eat egg while breastfeeding. There is no problem in having it. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause stomach pain to baby.
