A. Hello mam It’s quite natural to feel such way at the beginning of the pregnancy due to hormonal issues,.. have small and frequent meals Keep having liquids like coconut water, lemon water, if at a cold weather then hot soups, normal water will help u to fight weakness Have something solid after getting up like soaked almonds, rusk .. Do not start your day with caffeine Have fresh fruits or fresh vegetable juice or fruit juice freshly squeezed at home..

A. Hello dear! You need to consult your gynaecologist for a personal evaluation and seek advice on medication to reduce nausea. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
