Q.

hi doctor..I had intercourse on my last day of ovulation then immediately i washed nd pee too, after 48 hrs I took i pill tablet, then this month 13th i saw very lite bleed for one time only, after no bleeding taken place..am i pregnant..am not ready for this now .am really stressed nd worried about my situation..

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration
