Q.
hi doctor, i had c section and tubectomy 3 months back..am undergoing bleeding blood clots issue since I had c section..i had consulted my gynic n TVS was done.in the scan there is RPOC...I was given mesopost tablet but it was not cleared...now they have given regestron tablets to be used for 18 days..will dis problem get solved..

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. I think it’s better that you repeat the ultrasound scan and check if the RPOC are still there or not
If it is still there and if the medications haven’t worked then Dnc might be required
