Hi doctor I am suffering from cold since 2 days and thought pain aslo, please suggest me the best medication

A. take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well ags pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continuge breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor
