Hi Doctor, Now I am 6th month pregnant. I am suffering from transel pain I mean my thought was fully blocked and also I have cold, nose was also blocked due to winter. I am not able to talk, or to sip water also. which medicine I want to take I don't know. for cold and cough I am having homeopath. but for thought pain what should I. plz suggest me to over from from this thought pain.
