Hi doctor, I am 6weeks 6days pregnant. my last period was on Dec 28th 2022. from Jan 3rd to jan10th i have taken nurokind-G & topnerve tablets. i don't know that time I am about to conceive. is there any side effects or any danger to my fetus? please suggest

A. Hi mom I understand ur concern. But no need to worry. This will not effect your baby. Also consult your gynecologist for the same as she will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation
