Hi Doctor From yesterday my baby has been suffering from fever (102.5-104.5) degrees as we are giving crocin syrup of 3.5 ml for every 6 hours. fever is getting reduced after giving the syrup but after two hours again she is getting fever. so could you please suggest any medication for my baby. A. 3.5 is really high as per the age of your child so I would just advise you they continue with paracetamol with the correct dosage of medicine this is really high as per the age and then if the fever does not subside within the time of 72 hours you should consult for further testing as of now I would recommend you to consult the paediatrician once
