my daughter is 18 months old today we gave her injection she has fever 102 I gave her crocin baby drops 5 ml still fever is there what to do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
