hi doctor am strated water bath to my baby before 3 days useing teddy bar soap and Himalaya body lotion n powder ,baby skin full body small small pimples comeing why to comes this is soap prblm or water effect tel me doctor in my house useing bore water

A. Don’t use lotion and powder together as it will clog the pres of skin which leads to these tiny bumps and still it is important to rule out the reason of allergy so consult your doctor
