hi doctor after my vaginal delivery..I had continuous bleeding for 4 to 5 days n after that I had till stains for one month n on sep 23rd I got my 2nd month period and till 5 to 6 days it continued n then it stopped.. after 15 days again I got my period.. is that normal

A. after delivery irregular periods is very normal and you just need to have adequate sleep whenever baby is sleeping along with educate water intake and good nutritious diet to maintain health properly
