hey on 8th I had inserted copper T just for 15 days I had no irregular bleeding o spottings n after that I have irregular bleeding o spotting. please suggest me what should I do?is it normal?

Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene
