Hi Doc, my son Sahil, who's about to complete his 2 years this month is not eating food at all. he used to eat rice, chapathi etc. Now he is not even tasting a single bite since 3 months. Except milk he is not intakng anything. Please advise.

Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals.
Feed same food items) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days. change the regular menu.

Even in small amount, he is refusing to taste it no matter we trick him or force him. Only milk, snacks sometimes apple he takes.
Based on your advice we will implement as you said. If he still refuses to take the food what could be the other causes? If this could be any bacteria in his stomach which causing him not to eat?
any medicine required to enhance his appetite?

Did You try working upon different varieties and recipes for the child because a lot of times when you stick to the similar kind of food for the child I just get bored of it so try to work upon different version in varieties and get it checked for deficiency of iron as well
