hi doc my son is 3.5month old til these day my milk production was ok . i use breast pump coz my son dosent latch . some times he latch n some tym i use breast pump n feed him. from 1 week my milk production was less now what should I do

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm..The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera garlic fenugreek raw papaya oats etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care and all the best
