Hi, definetly it's not true that manual pump will reduce the milk production if we do continuosly do pumping milk for every two to three hours we will be getting the milk more which would be sufficient for babies .I have twins for both I am giving breast milk and formula milk nanpro .Mostly they will be fed by breast milk and less with formula milk.
Daily 6-8times each twin is fed with breast milk and 2 -3 times is fed with formula milk.
Tanvi SharmaMom of a 1 yr 5 m old boy5 months agoA. not at all... regular pumping + breastfeeding increses milk demand and results in more milk production...one more thing for good milk supply take healthy meal and remain hydrated minimum 3 litres of water a day
