hi doc. my daughter is 7months n 2 weeks old now.. she weighs around 7kg. she is gaining weight very slowly. can I give mixed nuts powder? can I also start with chicken and fish?

A. Dear mum, weight of 7 kg is fine. You can add powdered nuts to your baby’s food. You can introduce non veg foods like chicken. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it.
