Hi Doc My child is 2 years old and is having fever from past 2 days please help to say how long does the fever last sometimes it's show 102.3 I am very scared at this point after paracetamol he is active eating everything .

A. Actually if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours of the medication that you were giving then you have to check with your doctor and if the fever is high like your child is having you should check with your doctor for the correct medicines to be given as well
