hi. doc my child atharv 3y M .passes stool hard not every time but more often.. advice the diet and caution

Lack Of water in the body certain times can be a child to hard stools so in this case you should be giving good amount of water to the child as well as trying to maintain hydration by giving good amount of liquids as well because it is someone and it really will be required more
