Hi.... my baby is just 3 months old... he has constipation.... while passing the stool, he gets more difficulty.. and stool is very hard also ..he passes the stool between 3-4 days once...please suggest what I have to do....

A. you must be giving formula milk to the child or any other milk except or with breast milk which is known to cause such problem so kindly change the type of milk you are giving to the child
