Hi Doc, My baby is 3 months old and his fart sound is quite high ! I don’t see any discomfort in him while farting but worried if something is wrong . Please help

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 3 months baby is having farting This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry
