Q.
why my 42 days old baby boy is farting much. the sound of the fart is just like the sound of adult. that loud sound of fart he is getting. what should i do?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. normal in infants and good also. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production.feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

Its Absolutely fine at least your child is not having stomach pains a farting is quite a sign for that don’t worry about it if the sound is loud also there is nothing to be worried about and these things are considered normal at the growth age of the child
