hi doc, iam in my 30 th week pregnancy... till now I didn't do any walking or exercise..but i wanna start something which will be helpful for my future delivery and my pregnancy is normal only..no risks... thankyou

A. Hey! Try to be physically active as much as possible. Start working for at least half an hour twice daily. Try Yoga and Meditation for better physical and mental health. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this regard.
