Q.

Hi Doc, I was bleeding little bit in 7th month due to low lying placenta. But from 2 weeks bleeding is not there little bit red+white discharge is happening twice in a week is it normal? and any chances that placenta moved up? as bleeding stopped? please suggest

A. then scan for fetal well being. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.
