hi doc I have undergone c section it's nearly 56 days now,can I drive two wheeler and can I go for exercises,

A. Nope What wheeler know for exercising also because it is going to affect your stitches or not to wear for at least 3 to 4 months and now exercising for 8 to 9 months because till the time your stitches do not lie completely externally internally you cannot go for exercising and riding two wheeler can be risky for the stitches
