Q.

hi doc i gave birth 6month and 15 days back through ceserian but my stitches have not dried up completely. every now and then there is pus in my stitches what may be the cause for it.

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
